Drop Off Appointments

Sunday & Monday, May 19 & 20 by appointment

  • Items must be tagged, clothing hung on hangers, and sorted by type & size. 
  • Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor. 
  • Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use). 



Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must pick them up on Saturday, May 25 between 5:45 - 6:45pm. All items remaining at 7:01pm will be donated to our charity partners.

     Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form does not change what you have printed on your tag. If you wish to change an item from donate, the tag MUST be reprinted prior to drop-off at the sale.

Power Consignors


Power Consignors are consignors that bring more than 300 items to sell and they are not ALL marked to donate.

  • Power consignors MUST work the sort shift on Saturday, May 25 from 1pm - 5pm in exchange for 70% of their sold items.
  • If a consignor brings more than 300 items to sell and they are NOT ALL marked to donate and the consignor does not work the sort shift on Saturday, 5/25, the consignor will earn 55% of their sold items instead of the regular 60%.
  • If the entirety of sort is finished early, you will be permitted to take your items home early.

Power consignors bring more items to sell and have more unsold items to process and sort at breakdown. Helping with this sort shift is for the sole benefit of bringing additional items and there is no additional compensation or shopping privileges associated with this shift.

I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor / Team Member.

I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.

I understand that Consignors who opt to assist for a minimum of 4 hours will be charged only 30% of her/his gross sales.

I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales if I choose not to participate as a 4 hour (or more) Team Member.

I understand there is a $12.50 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment.

I understand that clothing will go through Inspection.
Any item deemed "no-thank-you" can be claimed during your pick-up appointment. All items remaining after pick-up on Saturday, May 25 at 7:01pm will be donated to our charity partners.

I understand that I may incur additional fees of $1.00/battery if any battery-operated items I am selling require a battery replacement during the sale in order to show that the item is in working order.

I understand that I will be charged $.50/item if I have "no thank you" items pulled from the racks/floor for quality (damaged, recalled, stained, etc.).

I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 5:45pm - 6:45pm. Doors will remain locked until 5:45pm unless otherwise stated.

I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:01pm on Saturday, May, 2024, will be donated to our JBF Charity Partners.

Consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time. Consignors arriving 20+ minutes past their registered pick up time or those without a registered pickup time will not be admitted.

I understand that items that are off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff.

I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the 1/2 Price Pre Sale until the sale ends.

If I am helping at the sale, I will arrive 10 minutes early for my shift so that I can park my car and be ready to participate. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment and am unable to find a replacement, I will notify Alaina Zsido @ [email protected] | 215-806-1523. I will check in and out at the Team Member Check-In area.

I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.

*Note - No children under the age of 12 are permitted during the Presale on 5/21, other than non-walking infants, who must be worn and remain in a front carrier at all times. No strollers or car seat carriers. It is your responsibility to communicate this to any guests you share your passes with.

In an effort to continue our mission of sustainability and commitment to recycling, please bring your own bag(s) / reusable totes to use to carry out the items you purchase.

Consignor & Guest(s) hereby consent to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
